Job Profile

This role supports the operational efficiency of our Human Resources department by providing administrative assistance and serving as a primary contact for internal matters.

* Manage our online recruitment platform, posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
* Administer HR content on our company intranet, including aspects of new employee onboarding.
* Assist with practising certificate renewal processes and continuing professional development obligations.
* Coordinate training programs, preparing program outlines and tracking registrations.
* Support the annual career development review program and staff recognition events.
* Prepare electronic filing, agenda items, and arrange travel for the HR team as needed.


About You

We seek a recent HR graduate with previous administrative experience looking to launch their career in a collaborative environment. Key requirements include excellent communication and organisational skills, ability to work under pressure, and a proactive attitude.
