This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a specialist orthodontic practice. Straights Smiles are looking for a new patient superstar to join our friendly team as a Treatment Coordinator.
This is an exciting role where you'll have the opportunity to train in the clinic first to fully understand our treatments and technology, giving you the confidence to guide patients through their smile journey.
Hours & Locations
* Full-time (9 days a fortnight) or part-time (minimum 3 days/week)
* Rostered hours: 7:45am – 5:15pm
* Based mainly in Pakenham and Mulgrave, with occasional travel to Drouin. Applicants must be able to travel to all three locations.
What You'll Do
* Train in the clinic to understand treatments, appliances, and patient flow
* Respond to new patient enquiries and WOW them from the first "hello"
* Conduct engaging new patient consultations alongside our Orthodontist
* Present treatment plans and discuss payment options with confidence
* Act as the key liaison between patients and the practice
* Nurture leads through our CRM and help drive practice growth
* Cover reception duties when required
* Support marketing and community engagement initiatives
About You
* Warm, empathetic, and confident with people
* Organised, detail-oriented, and thrives in a busy, patient-focused environment
* Curious and eager to learn, asks "why" and "how"
* Comfortable discussing pricing and payment plans
* Attention to detail - Answer this question in your cover letter: "What has to be broken before you can use it?"
* Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems
* Experience in dental, reception, customer service, or sales (orthodontic experience is a bonus)
