About the Role

We have recently acquired the rights to sell premium electronic peripherals in Australia, including keyboards, mice, headsets, controllers, and other gaming accessories from select international brands. We are seeking a motivated and commercially savvy professional to lead sales growth in the Australian market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing retail and wholesale relationships, particularly with major national accounts such as JB Hi-Fi, EB Games, Officeworks, K-mart and other key retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

* Drive wholesale sales of electronic peripherals to major retailers and distributors in Australia.
* Identify, prospect, and secure new retail partners and sales channels.
* Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue growth across existing and new accounts.

Account Management

* Build strong relationships with category buyers, merchandisers, and key decision-makers.
* Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and promotional opportunities.
* Ensure successful sell-through of products by monitoring category performance and implementing tailored initiatives.

Market Strategy & Execution

* Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy.
* Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns, promotions, and in-store activations that drive sales.
* Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and sales reporting.

Brand Growth

* Champion our portfolio of international gaming and tech brands in the Australian market.
* Represent the business at trade shows, retailer meetings, and industry events.

Skills & Experience

* Proven experience in B2B sales, wholesale, or business development (preferably within consumer electronics, gaming, or FMCG).
* Strong network or prior relationships with major Australian retailers (JB Hi-Fi, EB Games, Officeworks, Harvey Norman, Kogan, Kmart, Target, Computer retailers) highly advantageous.
* Excellent negotiation and account management skills.
* Commercially driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
* Ability to work independently and strategically in a fast-moving environment.
