Applications Support Analyst

* Clerk Grade 5/6 with a salary range of $99,938 - $110,271 + super & leave loading
* Ongoing full-time role based in Sydney, NSW
About the role
The Application Analyst assists the team to provide quality ICT support services, enabling the effective development, implementation and maintenance of new software applications across the department.
Some of the key accountabilities of the role include –
* Collaborate with ICT professionals, key stakeholders and system users to develop effective methodology for the integration of off-the-shelf applications and systems.
* Collect and compile data to support opportunities that enhance applications, databases and systems, and to augment processes for design, development, testing and implementation, in line with the Department’s commitment to continuous improvement.
* Support the team in building and maintaining key relationships with users, technical staff and stakeholders to determine and resolve issues.
* Provide information and support to the team to enable timely, accurate advice about technical issues and solutions, that may also assist with specifying and documenting business requirements for new or existing solutions.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have –
* Experience in and understanding of the development and implementation of software applications in a large government agency or commercial enterprise.
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or relevant IT industry experience.
* Demonstrated experience with programming, configuration and implementation of current versions of Microsoft Power Platforms.
* Demonstrated knowledge of website development, webhosting and key webpage components.
* Demonstrated knowledge of a CRM.
