Description
We're seeking an International Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the International Manager to drive business growth across international markets. This role provides day‐to‐day administrative, operational, and sales support, ensuring seamless execution of global trade activities, customer account management, and international business operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Support international sales operations by managing customer accounts, processing orders, preparing quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure on‐time delivery.
* Drive channel growth through new market development, including prospecting, networking, responding to enquiries, and supporting international trade shows.
* Manage and grow export customer relationships across multiple countries, including tracking shipments, resolving issues, and identifying new product and customer pipeline opportunities.
* Deliver financial and commercial reporting, including sales performance updates, market analysis, forecast discussions, and supporting annual pricing reviews.
* Collaborate cross‐functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, QA, and global teams to support NPD, brand integration, product setup, and seamless execution of international trade activities.
To Succeed With Us
* Tertiary level education in Marketing or Business
* Minimum 1 year experience
* Competent; Customer Management, Financial Acumen, Forecasting & Logistic Acumen, Category Analysis & Reporting, Innovation Planning, Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment, Resilient, Inquisitive and persistent, Fluency in a 2nd Language (desirable).
Salary
* Base salary of between $78,000 to $82,000
