The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for analysing and improving business processes within complex technology environments. Working closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams, this role defines requirements and supports the effective delivery of system enhancements and new solutions. Key Responsibilities Deliver business process initiatives, managing components of large programs or end-to-end delivery of initiatives Engage with user groups to elicit, analyse, and validate business and system requirements Analyse workflows, develop process maps, and identify improvement opportunities Develop functional and technical specifications for system enhancements and new solutions Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Prepare training materials and support end users through implementation and adoption Contribute as a key member of project teams delivering technology solutions Key Skills & Experience Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business and IT, with the ability to influence outcomes Solid understanding of the systems and software development lifecycle Broad technical knowledge across system design, infrastructure, databases, and programming concepts Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven experience translating complex business needs into technical solutions Strong documentation and specification writing capability Customer-focused mindset with strong process analysis skills Experience in SharePoint, Microsoft 365 (M365), Active Directory and Maximo Experience delivering asset management projects with an understanding of asset lifecycle processes Ability to work independently in complex environments If this sounds like you, Click APPLY NOW or for more information, email Sarah at sarah@techforcerecruitment.com.au or call 0452 493 142
