We are currently seeking a skilled **Property Maintenance Officer** for our Agmaroy Aged Care Facility** **in Wilson on a Full-time basis**,** who will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of the home including all home amenities, maintaining inventories, caring for equipment and performing the home preventative maintenance program.
**To be successful in this position you will possess the following**:
- Trade Qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Drivers Licence and access to a motor vehicle
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures and repairs
- Hands on understanding of property maintenance work and procedures
- Flexible and innovative approach to problem solving with the ability to prioritise workload
- Well presented with a helping, positive, empathetic and patient attitude
- Commitment to continuous improvement and Occupational Health & Safety Principles
- Self-starter with the ability to work both alone and as part of a team
- Compassionate, dedicated and caring nature with the ability to build strong rapport with consumers
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have received this year’s influenza vaccination
