What's On Offer?
An exciting opportunity exists within the City of Kwinana's Infrastructure Directorate for an experienced data and integration specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping the City's enterprise data, analytics and artificial intelligence capability.
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the Enterprise Data & Integration Architect is responsible for designing, delivering and governing the City's data integration architecture, enterprise data warehouse, reporting and analytics platforms, and AI-enabled services. This role will ensure City data is used securely, reliably and ethically to improve service delivery, support evidence-based decision-making and enhance public access to information.
Acting as a key technical and strategic bridge between business units, TechnologyOne CiAnywhere, legacy systems and modern data and AI platforms, this role offers a unique opportunity to position data as a strategic organisational asset over a five-year term.

What You'll Need
To be successful in this pivotal role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience
* Demonstrated experience designing, delivering and governing enterprise data platforms
* Strong experience integrating with and configuring TechnologyOne CiAnywhere
* Proven experience developing business analytics and reporting solutions using TechnologyOne CiAnywhere and Microsoft-based architectures
* Practical experience implementing AI or machine learning solutions, preferably using RAG-based architectures
* Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, records management and information security within a regulated environment such as local government
* Experience engaging with vendors, internal stakeholders and government agencies to deliver integrated data solutions
* Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and complex workloads
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
