Project Leadership Role
The Executive Program Lead is a critical position that requires strong strategic planning and management skills. As an Executive Program Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery of IT projects from initiation to implementation and transition to business as usual.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and managing project plans, timelines, risks, and reporting.
* Leading and motivating cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and cohesion.
* Maintaining clear and transparent communication with clients, internal teams, and vendors.
* Ensuring all project documentation, reporting, and compliance obligations are completed to a high standard.
Requirements:
* 4+ years experience in senior project management roles.
* Proven ability to deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
* Expertise in project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
