Benefit from the support of our dedicated customer service team, available seven days a week with extended hours Monday to Friday. We handle the invoicing and administrative duties, allowing you to focus on what you do best: solving tech problems. This is a commission-based role, with earnings averaging around $75 per hour based on job volume and completion.
**About You**
We are looking for talented IT support technicians with:
- A strong passion for technology and experience in setting up, fixing, and providing ongoing support for devices such as desktops, laptops, and Apple hardware.
- A desire for flexible working arrangements, allowing you to choose your hours and days.
- Experience in providing on-site tech support in homes or office environments, or currently studying in a tech-related field (no degree required).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, capable of explaining technical issues clearly and without jargon.
- Your own vehicle and driver's license, as well as your own toolkit, troubleshooting equipment, and parts inventory.
- An Australian Business Number (ABN) and the ability to issue invoices electronically in PDF format.
- A location anywhere in Sydney and surrounding areas - urban or regional - since everyone needs tech support occasionally
