Key Responsibilities
* Operate High Reach forklifts confidently at height, including handling irregular or difficult freight
* Use Hyster forklifts with camera guidance systems (training provided)
* Pick packing and general warehouse duties
* Assist with inventory control and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
* Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and support translation where required
What You'll Need
* Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills (essential)
* Minimum 12 months High Reach + counterbalance forklift experience
* Valid LF forklift licence
* Experience with pick packing (highly regarded)
* Exposure to inventory systems / WMS (advantageous)
* Ability to pass Police Check, Drug & Alcohol screening, and random ongoing testing
* Strong attention to detail with a team-focused mindset
