Lead Educational Reform in Tasmania
We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader to oversee the establishment of a Multi-School Organisation (MSO) in Tasmania. The MSO will be responsible for driving improvement, equity, and innovation at scale within the government school system.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex organisations and developing multi-year education strategies aligned with state policies. They will also provide direct line management to school principals, supporting their leadership through mentoring, coaching, and performance oversight.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement multi-year education strategies aligned with DECYP policies.
Provide direct line management to school principals, supporting their leadership through mentoring, coaching, and performance oversight.
Oversee the MSO's shared services, including finance, human resources, compliance, communications and risk management.
Establish collaborative structures across schools to improve education standards and reduce administrative burden on teachers and school leaders.
