Job Opportunity: Manager – Maha Prabhuji Pty Ltd. Salary: $77,000 per year + Superannuation. Location: Dalby, QLD. Employment Type: Full‑Time (38 hours per week).
Are you a motivated leader with management experience and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences? Maha Prabhuji Pty Ltd, part of the growing Burrito Bar brand, is seeking a Manager to oversee store operations, lead a small team, and ensure the highest standards in service, quality, and operational efficiency.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team to deliver high standards of customer service and operational performance.
* Ensure smooth daily operations, including inventory management, stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination.
* Maintain consistent highquality service and ensure customer satisfaction is a priority across all interactions.
* Monitor sales performance, manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.
* Identify training needs, coach staff, and ensure team members are skilled to meet operational and service expectations.
* Ensure all workplace health and safety requirements and food safety standards are met.
What We're Looking For
* AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, Diploma, or equivalent experience in retail/food service management.
* Minimum one year in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a fast‑paced retail or food service environment.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Knowledge of point‑of‑sale systems, inventory management, and customer service best practices.
* Ability to thrive under pressure and make effective decisions.
* Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
