Job Role Overview
This role involves the preparation and submission of tax returns and associated schedules for Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific countries. Key tasks will include providing tax effect accounting entries on a monthly basis.
Responsibilities
* Prepare income tax returns, schedules and supporting calculations for assigned countries.
* Provide tax provision figures for half-year and year-end group financial statements.
* Support forecasting and planning processes for upcoming tax obligations.
* Assist with annual Australian R&D incentive project.
Key Skills & Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and skills in taxation, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience in tax advisory services, including preparation of tax returns, provision of tax advice and assistance with tax audits.
About This Opportunity
The Senior Tax Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the timely completion of tax responsibilities. This includes managing tax obligations for assigned regions, coordinating tax advisory assistance and partnering with Group Finance to handle tax compliance issues.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Tax Department to ensure all tax-related activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
