**The opportunity**:
**Due to several significant project wins, our Mining Services team is looking for a Document Controller **to join our growing team on a **Permanent Full-Time **basis.
The purpose of the role is to assist Project Managers, and Engineers with document management, project, processes, set up, and project delivery.
**What will you be doing?**
- Responsible for following all document control processes and procedures.
- Recording and transmit incoming and outgoing documentation and assisting with reporting.
- Ensuring all outgoing design documentation is communicated using multiple EDMS.
- Maintain the various project Registers.
- Assist in document preparation and verification using internal and external guidelines.
- Using specific software programs for the sharing and transmission of documents. These programs may include but are not limited to: | TeamBinder | Aconex | SharePoint | ProjectWise.
- Provide support in team environment to achieve delivery.
**What we'll love about you**:
- Demonstrated experience as a Document Controller in an engineering consultancy, Owners Team or construction contractor.
- Five plus years relevant document control experience and use of document management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
- An ability to prioritise, negotiate, be thorough, organised and work with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced project office.
- A strong work ethic, self-starter and ability to relate well to both work colleagues within a team environment and external parties;
- An attitude which proactively contributes to and participates in a team environment.
- Commitment to safety in the workplace.
