Our client is establishing a recruitment pool for Consultant Psychiatrists across a variety of mental health service settings, including inpatient units, community teams, and emergency liaison roles. Opportunities are available in general adult, older adult, and adolescent psychiatry. Appointments may be full-time, part-time, casual, or sessional, and can be permanent or fixed-term.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert psychiatric care across inpatient, community, and emergency environments.
* Lead and participate in multidisciplinary teams, ensuring high-quality, safe, and patient-centred care.
* Supervise and mentor junior medical staff, trainees, and allied health professionals.
* Collaborate with clinical leads and service directors to meet national and local performance standards.
Salary & Conditions
* Consultant Psychiatrist level – $333,305 to $432,658 per annum.
