About the Role:
This role involves conducting ecological fieldwork in New South Wales, targeting surveys in spring and summer 2024/2025.
Main Responsibilities:
 * Conducting ecological fieldwork, developing technical skills in recognising vegetation and flora, and surveying for specific species.
 * Working flexible hours, travelling, and conducting trips of extended duration in rural or remote regions.
 * Developing and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, including peers, clients, and government agencies.
 * Using GIS and electronic data capture to record findings.
 * Awareness of WHS matters is essential.
