About the role
This full-time Sales Home Improvements role at Picton Brothers' offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join a dynamic and growing company.
Based in Dubbo NSW ****, this position comes with an attractive package and the potential to earn well over $100,000 per year.
What you'll be doing
Proactively engage with potential customers to understand their home improvement needs
Provide expert advice and guidance on the latest home improvement products and solutions
Prepare detailed sales proposals and presentations to secure new business
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to final completion
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
Collaborate with the wider team to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
What we're looking for
Some building experience could be an advantage but not essential
Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the home improvements industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the confidence to close sales
Highly motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Relevant qualifications or certifications in sales, marketing or a related field would be an advantage
