Visit us at Roles and Responsibilities: An individual with a minimum of 8-to-10 years of experience in roles within the Telecommunication industry, with 3 years as a Business Function Test Lead who has a strong focus on business process analysis, user acceptance testing, and business systems validation related to Order Capture and Order Fulfilment. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Strategy & Execution: * Proficiency Level: Expert * Description: Proven ability to develop comprehensive UAT strategies, detailed test plans, and manage the entire UAT lifecycle from planning to sign-off. Experienced in coordinating UAT with end-users and business stakeholders. 3. Responsibilities Business Process Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of core business processes, workflows, and data flows across various departments and systems. Process Improvement and Best Practices: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the UAT process and contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies for business process validation. Training and Knowledge Sharing: Develop and deliver training materials and guidance to end-users participating in UAT. Foster a culture of quality and user-centric validation within the organization. Data Validation and Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data throughout the business processes and system implementations. Develop and execute validation checks to confirm data quality. Post-Implementation Review: Participate in post-implementation reviews to assess the success of deployments and identify lessons learned for future validation efforts. Tools and Technology Advocacy: Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies that can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business process validation and UAT activities. Test Data Management: Define and implement strategies for effective test data management, ensuring the availability of relevant, secure, and representative data for UAT activities. Collaborate with relevant teams to provision and manage test data environments. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify and assess potential business risks associated with system implementations and process changes. Develop and implement mitigation strategies within the UAT process to minimize these risks.
