The Opportunity
We’re expanding our in-house development team and are looking for a talented Web Developer to join Jade Finance on a full-time, on-site basis.
This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys building, maintaining, and improving real-world digital products. You’ll work closely with marketing, design, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality web solutions that directly support the business.
About the Role
You’ll play a hands-on role across our websites and internal projects, with responsibilities including:
* Developing, maintaining, and improving company websites and internal web projects
* Building, customising, and maintaining WordPress websites, including themes, layouts, plugins, performance, and integrations
* Writing clean, efficient, and well-structured code across front-end and back-end components
* Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving website and application issues
* Working collaboratively with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
* Providing progress updates and supporting smooth testing and deployments
What We’re Looking For
* Strong experience with WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and PHP
* Ability to work independently and troubleshoot both front-end and back-end issues
* High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
* Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Experience with Zapier and API integrations is advantageous
* Must have full Australian work rights
