Job Summary
* Support & assist the Marketing Manager across Auburn, Beecroft, Clemton Park and Newcastle where travel is essential.
* Offering an immediate start for the right candidate.
* Must have a NSW drivers' licence and flexible to travelacross Greater Sydney and occasionally Newcastle.
Who we're looking for?
* 1–2 years' experience in marketing, retail marketing, or customer focused environments.
* Strong Microsoft Office and Canva and Hootsuite skills. Knowledge of Sharepoint.
* Solid understanding of traditional, digital, and social media marketing.
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field.
The role
You'll support the delivery of marketing, community, and engagement initiatives such as Easter, Lunar New Year, Eid, Ramadan & Diwali activations across shopping centres located around Greater Sydney and Newcastle. You will support the Marketing Manager to help create meaningful customer and retailer experiences in their shopping centre portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general marketing support to the portfolio such as reviewing, proofing & editing changes to marketing collateral.
* Communicate with tenants on an ongoing basis about marketing activities, sales collection, and promotional inclusion.
* Monitor social media pages and Google My Business using Hootsuite and Meta, and administer responses in a timely fashion.
* Assist the Marketing team with Centre campaigns including concept development, execution and debrief.
* Demonstrate good financial management for marketing campaign budgets.
* Administrative tasks such as reporting on sales, traffic, campaign debriefs, community collaboration tracking.
* Liaising with the Centre Management Teams across 4 hubs.
