What You Will Be Expected To Do
* Analyze the problem and take the necessary steps to solve it within the customers' desired time duration.
* Troubleshoot the issues as desired by the customer.
* Issue an invoice and collect payments for the tasks.
* Follow up on the services with the customers if necessary.
* Maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere throughout the process.
What You Are Expected To Have
* A strong background in providing solutions to technology-based problems at homes and offices over various platforms such as (PC, Mac, iOS, Android).
* Own vehicle and basic equipment needed for troubleshooting such as Laptops, Tablets, Smartphone. (Minimum smartphone requirement: iPhone 7 and above, any other phones with Android 5 and above)
* Good communication skills, fluency in English, and a professional and friendly attitude
