About the Role
As the Manager – Social Enterprise, you’ll lead the strategic and day-to-day operations of genU’s social enterprise initiatives across WA and Victoria. You’ll play a key role in creating inclusive employment opportunities, fostering a positive work culture, and driving business performance in line with genU’s mission and goals..
* Lead and implement operational and strategic priorities nationally
* Oversee budgets, KPIs and ensure financial targets are achieved
* Drive inclusive practices and support workforce development
* Foster partnerships and stakeholder engagement
About You
You’re a confident and strategic leader with a commercial mindset and a heart for impact. With strong business acumen and people skills, you thrive on leading teams, growing enterprises, and supporting people with disability through meaningful work.
* Experience leading commercial operations or service delivery
* Strong financial and strategic management capability
* Ability to build and manage high-performing, inclusive teams
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Passion for innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement
You’ll lead social enterprise growth and innovation, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver impactful and sustainable results.
