Your Responsibilities Support customers in all aspects of daily living, including maintaining their home, attending outings and medical appointments, and personal care, while always upholding dignity and respect Communicate and engage meaningfully with customers, tailoring interactions to individual needs Encourage and participate in daily activities such as dance classes, swimming, and other social events Confidently drive modified vehicles to transport participants to appointments, activities, and community outings Follow person-centred plans and support individuals to work towards their personal life goals Accurately document supports and services through timesheets, case notes, and incident reporting What we're looking for A customer-focused individual with a genuine passion for supporting people to live fulfilling lives Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive, respectful relationships Flexibility and resilience when working with people with complex needs and behaviours A valid driver’s licence (essential) Cert III in Disability/Individual Support (Disability) – highly desirable Benefits Competitive employee benefits including discounts with HBF Health, Ultra Tune servicing, and Commonwealth Bank products Refer a friend bonus - receive $2,000!
