About the role A Queensland Government agency is seeking a Senior Project Officer (AO7) to support contract oversight within a large infrastructure program delivered under a Public Private Partnership arrangement. This role is responsible for administering and monitoring a complex build and maintain contract. You will manage compliance, performance and contractual obligations between the State and a private sector delivery partner. Key responsibilities include: Managing contractual performance and compliance requirements Monitoring service levels and key performance measures Reviewing variations, claims and contractual risks Preparing reports, briefings and documentation for senior stakeholders Supporting governance and assurance processes This is a contract management role within a structured government environment. About you You have experience in contract administration or contract management within infrastructure, civil construction, transport or other asset intensive environments. You are confident interpreting complex contracts and operating within formal governance frameworks. You will bring: Experience managing high value or long term contracts Strong commercial judgement and attention to detail Clear written communication skills The ability to work with internal and external stakeholders Experience within Queensland Government or PPP arrangements will be highly regarded.
