About Us Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission. VCAT The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) is a justice service that resolves a wide range of disputes for the Victorian community, including renting, planning, and consumer disputes. About the Role The Service Designer will contribute to the successful design and impementation of VCAT's new Case Management System (CMS) by leading and supporting human-centred service design activities. The role is responsible for: * leading workshops, mapping user journeys and applying design principles to improve justice and administrative services * working closely with Subject Matter Experts and product teams to translate user insights into functional CMS requirements and interface design * driving continuous improvement, inclusivity and design-led decision making aligned with strategic goals * translating insights from user research into practical design artefacts that guide CMS configuraton * contribute to change readiness and user adoption efforts by communicating design intent and supporting user testing This position is full time, fixed term for 12 months. About You The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience with strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement through the facilitation of co-design activities, whilst building rapport across functions.
