Overview
Are you a commercially savvy analyst with a passion for partnering with business teams to drive performance? Tip Top is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to join our dynamic Commercial Finance team, supporting our Independents channel.
As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you'll be a key business partner to the Commercial team, providing insights and analysis that drive strategic decisions. You'll support pricing, promotions, NPD initiatives and forecasting processes, helping shape the future of our Independents channel.
Purpose of the Role
- Deliver commercial analysis and insights to support decision-making across product families and channels
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to evaluate performance, pricing and promotional investments
- Lead and facilitate planning, forecasting and reporting processes
- Develop financial models, business cases and Tableau dashboards to support growth initiatives
- Collaborate across functions to improve systems, processes and reporting
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualification in Commerce or Economics (CA/CPA desirable)
- 3-5 years' experience in FMCG/Retail, ideally in Commercial Finance or Analytics
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; Tableau and SAP/BW experience highly regarded
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement
