Job Overview
Part‐time position based in our Wangaratta Branch, working 5 days per week – Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 4:30pm and Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm. The role is permanent or fixed‐term. You will support Central Victorian Branches (Benalla, Yarrawonga, Cobram, Albury, Wodonga) by providing first‐line service; travel between locations is required (mileage paid).
Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers at Central Victorian Branches, placing customer needs at the centre of all interactions.
* Help customers identify suitable products and services, such as account opening, unsecured lending, and banking transactions.
* Ensure a seamless, consistent, and tailored customer experience, keeping all details accurate and up to date.
* Demonstrate Smarter Banking self‐service and digital options to make banking simple, easy, and secure.
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your career.
