Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator located in Sydney, NSW. The Coordinator will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Additional duties include building and maintaining a talent pipeline, coordinating with internal teams to meet hiring needs, maintaining documentation, and providing support in various HR administrative tasks.
Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities to engage with candidates and internal teams.
* Proficiency in hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
* Experience in administrative assistance tasks such as scheduling interviews and maintaining recruitment documentation.
* Customer service skills to foster positive relationships with candidates and team members.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
