In October 2024, we opened our beautiful Early Learning Centre in a lovingly restored heritage building on McKillop Street, right in the heart of Geelong. With strong enrolments (95%+ daily occupancy), a thriving community, and an expanding organisation around us, we're now looking for a passionate Room Leader to lead our 2–3 year old room.

About the role
As the Room Leader (2–3 years), you will:
* Lead the planning and implementation of a high-quality, child-led educational program
* Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families
* Mentor and support educators within the room
* Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain consistent, reflective practice
* Ensure compliance with the NQF, EYLF and child safety requirements
What we're looking for
You'll bring:
* A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Education (or be working towards one)
* Experience in long day care (Room Leader experience highly regarded)
* Strong working knowledge of the NQF and EYLF
* Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (preferred, but not essential)
* A valid Working with Children Check
* A genuine passion for leading with warmth, professionalism and care
