The Role As a Senior .NET Developer, you'll take ownership of designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing applications across a complex enterprise environment. You'll operate across the full SDLC, working closely with architects, business analysts, and delivery teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions, all while maintaining a strong focus on quality, performance, and maintainability. What You'll Be Doing Designing and building end-to-end full stack solutions across critical platforms Developing clean, maintainable code aligned to enterprise standards and best practice Contributing to architecture decisions alongside senior technical stakeholders Building and integrating APIs and web services across distributed systems Ensuring code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and proactive issue resolution Supporting delivery in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment Mentoring junior developers and uplifting overall team capability Producing clear, structured technical documentation What You Bring This role is suited to a true senior developer and someone who can operate independently, influence design decisions, and deliver under pressure. Core Experience Needed: Strong background in full stack development across the SDLC Deep expertise in the Microsoft stack: C#, .NET / .NET Core, MVC Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps / Power BI) highly regarded Front-end experience with modern JavaScript frameworks Strong experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL, Oracle, or Dataverse) Proven capability building and consuming REST APIs / web services (JSON, XML, Azure API Management) Experience with unit testing frameworks and quality engineering practices What sets you apart: Ability to navigate complex, interconnected systems Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on performance and scalability Comfortable working in environments with immovable delivery deadlines A natural mentor who enjoys supporting and uplifting others Why This Role?
