**Your new role**
The Executive Administrator is responsible for providing high level executive support to the Chief People Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
The position has overall responsibility for establishing and maintaining efficient and client-focused administrative office arrangements that support the Executive Director(s) in the achievement of their objectives.
The role has a strong internal focus to provide a high level of administrative advice, professional support and service. The position will contribute to the development of a pool of strong, flexible administrative capabilities that can be shared amongst Executives.
The Executive Administrator provides expertise in relation to Executive support, in particular to diary management, communication management and customer service, document production and monitoring internal compliance, controls and procedures.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- A relevant qualification at a minimum of Diploma level
- Proven experience in providing administrative support in a complex working environment
- Demonstrated experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
- Proven experience in process improvement
- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Demonstrable current experience and capacity in providing high level executive support in a complex and demanding working environment
Desirable
- Proven ability and skills in the following areas: executive officer functions, undertaking research, following up in tender or paper preparation for the Executive Director(s), preparing correspondence, organising meetings and conferences
- A demonstrated high level of personal motivation and the ability to work well under pressure
- A good understanding of the current directions of Chisholm Institute and the implications for effective centre administration
