Trisco Foods is seeking a confident, results-driven Account Manager to grow sales across new and existing accounts within the QSR, food manufacturing and HORECA sectors. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will manage key customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive profitable growth.
This role suits an organised, ambitious professional with a growth mindset who understands foodservice and manufacturing environments and is eager to build a long-term career in Sales.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts
* Identify and secure new customers and market opportunities
* Deliver sales targets in line with budgets and gross margin expectations
* Provide accurate sales forecasting to support S&OP planning
* Develop and implement sales plans aligned with business objectives
* Work with customers and the R&D team to identify and develop new product opportunities
* Support marketing and promotional activities to maximise sales performance
* Provide market intelligence and represent Trisco Foods at trade shows as required
* Undertake regular interstate travel, with the opportunity for overseas travel to support international customers
About You
* Proven experience in QSR, food manufacturing and/or HORECA environments
* Strong understanding of foodservice operations, supply chains and customer needs
* Results-driven, commercially focused and well organised
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Comfortable working autonomously and managing a mobile role
Location & Travel
* Your base will be in South East Queensland with one day per week in the Carole Park Head Office
* Monthly interstate travel required, with potential for annual overseas travel
