Your Day‐to‐Day Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and in‐person.
* Manage counter sales and customer traffic, ensuring prompt and professional service.
* Prepare and process quotes, orders and customer enquiries accurately.
* Support and coordinate with the external sales team on key accounts and opportunities.
* Act as 2IC, supporting the Branch Manager in daily branch operations.
* Support inventory management, including stock control, replenishment and stock accuracy.
* Monitor and help improve operational efficiency and customer turnaround times.
* Assist in organising workshop workflow and job prioritisation.
* Support safety and compliance standards within workshop operations.
Skills and Experience Required
* Previous experience in internal sales or branch‐based sales.
* Demonstrated ability to support or lead team operations in a fast‐paced environment.
* Strong organisational and workflow coordination skills.
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Computer literate at an intermediate level, with experience using Microsoft Office tools.
* Product knowledge in hydraulic hoses and fittings is desirable but not essential.
