* Partner with the Senior Product Manager to help frame and prioritise work across the Orbit backlog, grounding decisions in technical feasibility and delivery sequencing
* Provide architectural input on feature scoping and hypothesis definition to support a fast, iterative product development approach
* Ensure engineering teams have the technical clarity and context needed to estimate, plan, and deliver with confidence
* Act as the principal technical voice in pre‑sales engagements with acquirers, POS vendors, merchants, and integration partners
* Translate architecture into clear solution proposals and support RFP/RFI responses
* Guide partners through integration pathways, certification processes, and technical onboarding
Cross‑Functional Collaboration

* Deepen Trust — build credibility through technical depth, honest communication, and consistent follow‑through with internal teams, acquirers, and partners.
* Care and respect — work inclusively, support team success, and represent customer and partner needs faithfully in technology decisions.
