About the Role: We’re seeking a strong, proactive Maintenance Manager to lead change and drive continuous improvement across a large, high-volume manufacturing operation. With a new leadership team in place and a growing pipeline of business, this is an exciting time to join and make a real impact. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of 7 direct Supervisor reports across the maintenance department. Ensure plant reliability and uptime through effective planning and response strategies. Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and performance on the production floor. Identify and implement process improvements across maintenance systems and workflows. Manage high-pressure situations with confidence and professionalism. About You: Proven leadership experience in a large-scale food or FMCG manufacturing environment. Strong technical background – ideally trade qualified or with engineering credentials. Able to lead teams through change and motivate others to perform at their best.
