Horticulture Maintenance Workers

Maxima is a leading provider of Gardening and Horticulture Maintenance staff to the private Horticulture Industry. We are currently recruiting for current and upcoming roles across Northern, Western and Eastern suburbs.
About the Roles
Now is the time to apply - as there are current roles to fill - with more to come (as the weather gets warmer and more gardens get growing!).
General working hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm and Fridays 7:00 am to 1:00 pm.
To be considered for these ongoing casual positions, you will need experience in Horticulture including:
- Use of whipper snippers / brush cutters
- Leaf Blowing
- Edging
- Mowing
Other requirements for the roles include:
- Current Driver's License
- White Card (Preferred)
- Ability to pass a full medical including drug and alcohol testing
A Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check may also be required for some roles.
About You:
You are physically fit, hold a current driver's license and are experienced across a range of garden maintenance activities.
The Benefits:
You will be paid at a level relevant to your experience ($31.19 for more entry level candidates).
Higher pay rates will be applicable for candidates with high level experience in the following:
- Front Deck / Zero Turn Mowing
- Tree Pruning
- Irrigation (repairs)
- Line Marking (sports fields)
We will supply 2 x Long Sleeve Work Shirts, ongoing support and career guidance to help you flourish in this field of work.
