Technical Sales Expert - Energy Systems
A highly skilled Technical Sales Expert in energy systems is needed for a leading organisation in ANZ operations. This role requires an engineering background, with strong technical skills and excellent customer communication.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales strategy execution for energy systems and products across ANZ.
* Identify new opportunities, support market penetration initiatives, and meet annual sales targets.
* Interpret customer needs, analyse competitor offerings, and develop suitable solutions.
* Promote service agreements, upgrades, and system installations to customers.
* Travel to customer sites (40–50%) across Australia and New Zealand to build relationships and support ongoing projects.
* Support proposal preparation and delivery of commercial documentation.
* Collaborate with engineering, service delivery, marketing, and sales teams.
* Requirements:
* Engineering experience, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical.
* Technical sales, service sales, or customer-facing engineering experience in energy, power generation, utilities, or related fields.
* Strong technical learning ability and aptitude.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Comfortable with 40–50% travel across ANZ.
* Full working rights in Australia and national police check clearance.
