We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Accounts Payable & Settlements Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless financial operations across the business.
About the Role
In this dynamic role, you'll take ownership of accounts payable and settlements processes, working at pace while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. You'll partner with teams across the business and external stakeholders to ensure timely payments, accurate reconciliations, and smooth disbursement activity.
What You'll Be Doing
* Manage end‐to‐end accounts payable and settlements workflows in a high‐volume environment
* Process and validate invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial controls
* Oversee settlements and disbursements, including multi‐currency transactions
* Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies, driving timely and effective resolution
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams including Sales, Operations, Legal, and Controllership
* Maintain strong working relationships with external stakeholders such as creditors and lienholders
* Support month‐end close activities and reporting requirements
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
What You'll Bring
* 2+ years' experience in Accounts Payable, Settlements, or Disbursements within high‐volume environments
* Solid experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and AP automation tools
* Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
* Intermediate Excel capability, including pivot tables, V‐lookups, and handling complex datasets
* Experience working with multi‐currency transactions is a strong advantage

Qualifications
