What's the role?
As the Service Owner, you will lead the development of the end-to-end Mortgages strategy and provide guidance to the Mortgages Leadership team.
You'll oversee the health of portfolio delivery, ensuring risks are effectively managed and governance standards are met.
Using strong communication and influencing skills, you will engage a broad range of stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives while managing complex cross-team and interdependent initiatives.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Sydney.
What do I need?
To succeed in this role, you'll need: Demonstrated leadership experience with a strong focus on coaching and developing high-performing teams.
Proven commercial acumen and ability to balance customer outcomes with business priorities.
Expertise in formulating strategy and executing effectively to deliver operational results within budget.
Ability to bring external insights and apply best practices from local and international markets.
Strong knowledge of risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and capability to manage complex dependencies.
