Senior Revenue Growth Analyst

Location: Brisbane (preferred) or Sydney
Hybrid working: 2 day/week remote

About The Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior RGM Analyst to drive revenue optimization initiatives across our business portfolio. This role will focus on pricing strategy, promotional effectiveness, trade investment optimization, and market analysis to maximize profitable growth.

Main Responsibilities

Strategic Analysis & Planning

Own the development and execution of RGM strategies to maximize net revenue and profitability across allocated channel
Support the RGM Lead in longterm Price Pack Architecture (PPA) development, enabling strategic portfolio design, optimal packprice laddering, and clear, commercially aligned pricing guidance for the business
Support the RGM Lead in the annual pricing increase process, including analysis, scenario modelling, and development of pricing recommendations aligned to commercial strategy
Conduct advanced pricing analytics including elasticity modelling, competitive benchmarking, and pricepack architecture optimisation
Lead promotional ROI assessments and guide improvements in trade spend effectiveness
Build sophisticated financial and scenariobased models that inform decisionmaking and future planning
Drive adoption, capability building, and value realisation from TPO/myRGM tools
Support key channel initiatives and oversee pricing approval processes to ensure alignment with commercial policy

Data Analytics & Operations

Analyse data from multiple sources (Blueshift, IQVIA, internal sales) to uncover revenue opportunities and commercial insights
Develop automated dashboards providing KPI tracking, pricing visibility, and promotional effectiveness
Partner with the TPM Coordinator to drive bestpractice usage and develop simple, userfriendly reporting that enables the commercial team to identify opportunities to improve G2N forecasting and effectiveness.
Provide monthly GrosstoNet insights into the S&OP cycle to ensure alignment with Commercial Policy.
Monitor markets through optimized revenue management and pricing models

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as a key RGM partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, ensuring strategic alignment across planning and execution
Present insights, recommendations, and business cases to senior leadership
Lead crossfunctional revenue optimization initiatives from analysis through to recommendation and implementation

Process Improvement

Identify, design, and implement RGM capability enhancements
Develop standardized pricing and promotional analytics frameworks
Create, maintain, and improve pricing tools and resources for Sales teams

About You

We believe that professionals with the following experience and skillsets are well-suited for this position:

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related quantitative field

Experience

Ideally 5+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing, or commercial analytics. You might also come from a Category or NAM role.
FMCG/CPG industry experience preferred

Technical Skills

Advanced Excel; SQL proficiency an advantage
Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
Strong understanding of syndicated data sources (Nielsen, IRI, Kantar, IQVIA)
Familiarity with trade promotion management systems

Soft Skills

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capability
Strong communication and presentation skills, able to translate insights into business impact
Strategic mindset with commercial acumen across multiple channels
Strong project management and ability to manage competing priorities
Collaborative approach with the ability to influence without authority
