What you'll be doing
Leading, coaching and motivating a multi‑skilled team in a trade‑driven store environment
Being hands‑on on the floor, supporting staff and customers throughout the day
Overseeing daily store operations including stock flow, merchandising and trade order fulfilment
Coordinating and managing deliveries, logistics and supplier interactions
Ensuring strong product knowledge across the team to support trade and builder customers
Driving operational efficiency, safety standards and sales performance
Building and maintaining strong relationships with builders, contractors and volume trade customers
Working closely with ownership and leadership to deliver business and operational goals
What we're looking for
A hands‑on, operational leader who leads by example
Strong understanding of trade customers, products and supply flow
Experience coordinating deliveries, stock movement and daily logistics
Proven ability to motivate, develop and hold teams accountable
Background in hardware, trade, construction supply or big‑box retail (highly desirable)
Organised, practical and solution‑focused with a strong work ethic
Someone who enjoys being part of a tight‑knit, hard‑working team
