Business Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead discovery workshops across divisions to document current processes and pain points;
* Design improved processes that reflect operational reality and support future growth;
* Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements for IT, Finance, Operations, and external vendors;
* Support the replacement of legacy business applications, including involvement in solution evaluation and recommendation;
* Contribute to ERP scoping activities: requirements gathering, business case development, vendor evaluation, and fit-gap analysis;
* Participate in implementation activities including testing, data migration validation, training, and documentation;
* Work across sites to understand processes where they occur;
* Provide support during roll-out and stabilisation to ensure changes land effectively.
Requirements:
* Senior-level experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst;
* Strong workshop facilitation and process-mapping capability (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel);
* BPMN an advantage;
* Ability to translate operational feedback into clear requirements and actionable outcomes;
* Understanding of ERP lifecycles and financial/operational processes;
* Experience with legacy system replacement, data migration, or change management;
* Background in manufacturing, mining, engineering, or similarly complex operational environments.
