This position is a full time position as main Groundsman. The position includes;
* Handyman works / maintenance of general precinct common areas that doesn't require a trade
* Maintenance of pool cleaning and testing, basement cleaning, bird & fish feeding, monitoring of infrastructure & services and reporting, assistance with event set up and pack down.
* Waste management includes collection of bins, compactor loading & sanitising bins
* Assisting the Project Management team
* Apartment maintenance when required for small handyman works and furniture moving
