We're seeking charismatic and service-oriented team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences during the peak season.
As a key representative of our centre, you'll create memorable moments that leave a lasting impression and keep customers coming back.
Some of your duties will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service and support
* Welcoming guests at the concierge desk and assisting with their needs
* Offering directions, information, and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience
* Promoting and selling gift cards and other services
You will: always be ready to go above and beyond to enhance the customer and retailer experience, feel confident in a fast-paced retail setting, and be available for shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
This is a seasonal casual role offering a great opportunity to be part of the festive season across multiple destinations. The role involves working from October to January/February, with shifts based on business needs.
