Mitre 10 Jimboomba is on the hunt for a confident, hands-on Senior Supervisor to help lead our retail hardware team. If you're passionate about customer service, know your way around a busy store, and can step up when it counts—this is your chance to make a real impact.
About the role:
As Senior Supervisor, you'll be a key part of our leadership team, supporting daily operations, guiding staff and ensuring the store runs smoothly. You'll be in charge of the store in the absence of the Store Manager, so reliability and initiative are a must. This role includes some weekend work as part of your regular roster.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading the team to deliver outstanding customer service
* Overseeing store operations, merchandising, and presentation
* Supporting staff training and development
* Managing inventory and stock control
* Handling escalated customer queries and issues
* Taking charge when the Store Manager is away
