The Role:
We are seeking a driven and proactive Sales Manager to take responsibility and accountability for the performance and management of our Toowoomba sales office.
This role reports directly to the State Sales Manager and involves managing a team, driving revenue, and maintaining and growing the client base in Toowoomba.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of daily operations and guide a passionate sales team to success while delivering revenue and share targets.
* Develop and execute insight-led business plans, managing campaigns, and push best-in-market performance with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
* Strengthen relationships with clients, agencies, and partners.
* Create tailored engagement plans, drive exceptional service.
* Provide insightful weekly reports and market updates to leadership teams.
* Communicate clearly and consistently with your team and stakeholders and foster a high-performance, inclusive environment.
Requirements:
* Driven, proactive, and collaborative with a deep passion for media, TV, and digital.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on delivering outcomes that achieve targets and client satisfaction.
* Prior experience in sales (ideally media).
* Exceptional commercial acumen with a strong history of building client partnerships.
* Proven leadership skills with an ability to build and develop a cohesive sales team.
* A strong network in the Toowoomba area is highly regarded.
