About the RoleOn behalf of our client, a proudly family-owned and community-focused business nestled in the heart of Western Australia's Great Southern region, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Oilseed Process Plant Operator to join their operations.
Our client has been a cornerstone of the local agricultural community for over 30 years, with a deep-rooted commitment to supporting Western Australian farmers. Their state-of-the-art facility is not just a processing plant; it is the culmination of a philosophy that champions authenticity, sustainability, and quality. Using a unique, low-temperature, chemical-free crushing process, they transform 100% locally grown canola seed into premium oil and meal. You will be integral to the \"paddock to press\" journey, operating and monitoring the specialised machinery that turns raw, local harvests into a trusted, high-quality product. We are looking for someone who shares our client's respect for the process, the product, and the community it supports. Whether you have direct experience in grain or oilseed processing or possess transferrable skills from a similar manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.
