Manufacturing and Packaging Operator
The Role:
Our client, a leader in the production of moulded plastic containers for the food, cosmetics, and medical industries, is seeking dedicated Manufacturing and Packaging Operators. You will play a vital role in supporting the manufacturing and packaging processes of a variety of tubs, pots, and other containers.
Must be available to work a Saturday and/or Sunday (day off during the week)
Information:
* Shifts Available: Day, and Afternoon (2 weeks of training on Day Shift) Must be available to work a Saturday and/or Sunday (day off during the week)
* Times: Day 7am to 3pm & Afternoon 3pm to 11pm
* Employment Type: Casual with Permanent opportunities

Criteria:
* Previous food handling/packaging experience is highly desirable
* Essential: prior factory experience
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail
* Physically fit
* Solid literacy skills (reading and writing)
* Good communication skills
* Capable of following strict hygiene and safety policies
* Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices
Duties:
* Operate machinery (Injection moulding equipment)
* Pack products
* Weigh products using scales
* Conduct quality control checks
* Stack cartons onto pallets
* Perform quality assessments
* Maintain general housekeeping
