We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Officer to join our team. This role plays a vital part in supporting the day-to-day financial operations for Home Care Packages, ensuring efficient processing, compliance, and accuracy across all transactions.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive, purpose-driven finance team. You will maintain and update client Home Care Package statements, including income and expenditure transactions, liaise with external agencies to manage funding claims and queries, communicate with clients regarding balances and account matters, and reconcile income tested fees, daily care fees, and client transactions.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong numeracy and data entry skills, excellent attention to detail, and confident communication skills. Familiarity with online accounting systems and MS Excel is also highly regarded.
